Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our residential team. You will be cleaning client homes throughout our service area, following our proven room-by-room process and representing Signature Cleaning Solutions with professionalism on every visit. This is not a job for someone who wants to rush through a checklist. We want someone who notices the details, takes pride in doing things right, and understands that our clients are trusting us in their homes. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services — standard, deep, and move in/out cleans Maintain a consistent, high standard of quality on every visit Follow a structured room-by-room cleaning process Complete job checklists and sign off on completed work Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared every day Communicate professionally with clients and management Handle all cleaning supplies and equipment with care Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning assignments. Requirements Reliable personal transportation — non-negotiable, you must be able to reach job sites independently Strong attention to detail — we clean right, not fast Dependable and punctual — our clients count on us Professional and trustworthy — you are in people's homes Prior cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Ability to work independently and stay focused Physically able to perform cleaning duties including bending, reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs Must be able to pass a background check Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly - while following safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high -quality cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills -with a focus on customer service excellence.
