Position Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and other areas of the property to our hotel standards. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities For Hotel Housekeeper:

Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen closets and employee storage areas. Clean kitchens including all countertops, floors, silverware, dishes, glassware and appliances including stoves and all ovens, and clean all area of guest room Replenishes all supplies in units when necessary Note and communicate any damages, lost and found items, and room condition to their supervisor Special projects and duties may be assigned as needed Vacuum all carpets, hallways and guest rooms Provides services towels and trash exchange daily Maintains inventory on room supplies, linens and kitchen supplies within the units and report any maintenance needed Maintain proper working relationships within the department and with other operating departments on the property Assists guests with issues that are within authority to provide, ensuring guests satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies of the company. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management

Qualifications:

High work standards and productivity Verbal communication skills in english Lift and move up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, stand, walk or stoop extensively. Ability and willingness to complete all work assignments in an efficient and customer-oriented manner. Ability and willingness to meet the company's standard of appearance ( ie Dress Code ) policy Must work well with others on a daily basis Must be punched in, in uniform and ready for work as scheduled
