The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent service and ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other hotel areas. Make beds and replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and guest amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Clean windows, walls, ceilings, furniture, carpets, and upholstery as needed. Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors. Sort, count, and store clean linens in designated areas. Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
