Healing Arts Housekeeper Part-Time | Wednesday-Saturday, 5:00-9:30 PM | 18 hours/week Position Summary The Healing Arts Housekeeper plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, beauty, and readiness of Kripalu's Healing Arts spaces. This position requires care and attention to detail. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating spaces that feel exceptionally clean, cared for, peaceful, and ready to welcome the next guest. Accountabilities Clean & Maintain Healing Arts Spaces — 70% Thoroughly clean and maintain treatment rooms and common guest areas, including floors, surfaces, furnishings, sinks, counters, doors, and high-touch areas. Pay particular attention to oil residue and buildup. Vacuum, dust, and tidy guest reception and practitioner break room, including the refrigerator. Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and notice areas requiring additional care or maintenance. Linens, Supplies & Inventory — 10% Restock linens, blankets, towels, tissues, and treatment-room supplies; collect and transport used linens. Keep the Healing Arts inventory/dispensary clean, organized, and stocked. Remove trash, recycling, and refuse, including used treatment oils. Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs. Room Readiness & Closing — 20% Thoroughly clean, organize, and reset treatment rooms for the next guest and following day. Complete closing checks, including turning off warming ovens, appliances, and lights. Ensure common areas, treatment rooms, and supply areas are orderly and ready for the next day. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Core Competencies Attention to

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Able to safely lift and transport linens, blankets, trash, and cleaning supplies. Comfortable working around treatment oils and thoroughly removing oil residue. Valued but Not Essential Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience. Experience in hospitality, healthcare, spa, or another guest-facing environment.
