The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and attention to detail, making it essential for delivering an exceptional guest experience. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A commitment to hospitality and providing a positive experience for all guests. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
