Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Change linens, towels, and amenities to meet brand standards and guest expectations Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for carpets to keep all areas looking fresh and inviting Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure smooth daily operations Perform routine inspections of public spaces like lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care (including carpet cleaning), and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial management is a plus A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us in creating memorable stays by providing guests with a clean, comfortable environment.
