Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage custodial duties such as dusting furniture, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
