Duties:
Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces throughout homes Clean appliances, fixtures, countertops, floors, and high-touch areas Remove trash and maintain organized, clean environments Follow cleaning checklists and company standards to ensure consistent quality Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service Identify and report any maintenance concerns or safety issues Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Reliable transportation is preferred Experience with residential cleaning standards is a plus
