Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites location, is seeking Housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas to IHG brand standards. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, replenishing towels and guest amenities, removing trash, and restocking the housekeeping cart daily. Employees also respond to guest requests, perform deep cleaning tasks when needed, and ensure rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas to IHG brand standards Clean assigned guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, replenishing towels and guest amenities, removing trash, and restocking the housekeeping cart daily respond to guest requests, perform deep cleaning tasks when needed, and ensure rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests Deliver excellent customer service Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws This is a part time role, and weekends may be required. This role requires standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts throughout the shift while working efficiently to meet daily goals.
