Residential Cleaners (Independent Contractor - 1099) Novara Cleaning is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in Maryland. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: 35-45% payout per job Performance growth up to 47% Bonuses available for reliability and client satisfaction Flexible scheduling (set your availability) Weekly pay (via direct deposit) Responsibilities Perform residential cleanings (regular, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out) Follow client checklists and company quality standards Arrive on time and maintain professional communication Handle cleaning supplies safely and responsibly Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid government-issued ID Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be willing to complete a background check Prior cleaning experience is a plus (not required) About Novara Cleaning We're a Maryland-based cleaning company devoted to creating value for families while offering fair pay and growth opportunities to our team.
