Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors regularly Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to hotel protocols Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning tasks Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment Experience with hospitality environments or custodial management is a plus Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a busy setting Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods during shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction!
