We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in providing excellent service. Compensation and Benefits $22/hour during paid training $25-$28 hourly commission after training, based on weekly performance level Potential to earn up to $1,120 per week 100% of customer tips Weekly direct deposit Uniform, supplies, and equipment provided Responsibilities Perform recurring, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings Follow company checklists and instructions for each home Complete assignments efficiently while maintaining quality Safely use and maintain cleaning products and equipment Respect clients' homes, privacy, and belongings Record services through the company app Requirements Available Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a background check and drug screening Able to lift 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently Cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
