Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. This energetic position involves maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each visitor experiences the highest standards of hospitality. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to memorable guest stays and uphold our reputation for excellence. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs. Perform routine cleaning tasks in public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to maintain cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety. Assist with special cleaning requests or additional duties as directed by management. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, including the use of commercial cleaning equipment and products. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
