SummaryUnder the supervision of the Community Manager the Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vacant apartments, model apartment, leasing office, and common areas of the apartment community.

Reports ToCommunity ManagerPrimary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors
• Clean apartments as needed, including model unit(s) on a daily basis.
• Clean all amenity areas including, but not limited to: lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, business center, fitness center, recreation room, corridors, breezeways, and stairways daily
• Assist maintenance and management as necessary to ensure curb appeal
• Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-out/move-in assisting contractors and vendors as appropriate
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
