Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Clean floors thoroughly using various techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor work when necessary. Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper manual handling and safe use of all tools. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, report any maintenance issues, and adhere to safety protocols for heavy lifting and custodial tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management, with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper manual handling techniques. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors or in various home environments comfortably. Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is preferred; certification in floor care or related fields is a plus.
