We're growing fast and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to grow with us. The Role As a Residential Cleaning Technician with Brighter Day Services, you'll provide professional cleaning services in clients' homes across your assigned region. You work independently, manage your own schedule within your booked appointments, and represent the BDS brand at every visit. This is a 1099 independent contractor role — you're your own boss, backed by a professional booking and support platform. What You'll Do Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring residential cleaning as booked Follow BDS cleaning standards and checklists for every job Take before-and-after photos to document completed work Communicate professionally with clients and report any issues promptly Arrive on time and prepared, with your own supplies, for every scheduled appointment Requirements 18 years of age or older Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites (required — you're responsible for your own transportation costs) Own cleaning supplies and equipment (see Supplies section below) Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required Comfortable receiving jobs and communicating through our platform Able to pass a background check Schedule Flexible — based on your availability and booked appointments. No minimum hours guaranteed; work is assigned as bookings come in for your region. Pay & Payment Earn up to 50% profit share of each job total, based on job type. Paid via direct deposit (Square) on a weekly basis. Supplies You're responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a mop/bucket, broom, and vacuum. If you don't already have consumables (solutions, cloths, dusters, mopping systems), a starter kit is available for purchase through our platform store, with a payment plan option for first-time buyers.
