Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock room amenities and supplies as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety regulations. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
