Overview As an Estate Caretaker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and well-being of Owner in a single family home.. Your passion for cleaning, personal services,a nd attention to detail will ensure that the estate remains a safe, welcoming space to all. You'll engage with Owner and staff, assist with daily activities such as cleaning, some laundry, supplies, landscaping, cleaning vehicles and, and provide essential support while fostering a positive atmosphere. What you'll do House cleaning Light maintenance Laundry Gardening Maintain and service vehicles Ordering and gathering groceries Online ordering Some cooking Travel arrangements handling other independent owned Airbnb properties Skills Experience in home cleaning and maintenance Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques to ensure resident safety. Strong observational skills for reporting any concerns promptly.
