Summary /Objective We are seeking qualified housekeeping staff to keep our new boutique hotel looking its absolute best! Essential Functions

• Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, lobbies, common areas, etc.
• Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens and towels, and replace toiletries
• Collaborate with the rest of the 3one3 team to complete the daily cleaning schedule
• Restock cleaning supplies in the housekeeping carts

Exposure to chemicals and materials consistent with a cleaning environment is a constant. This is a physically demanding position; maintaining the physical strength to lift materials up to 50 pounds, endure prolonged standing, twisting, and bending, stepping up and down, maintain dexterity, and stamina is necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This will start as a part-time position with estimated hours of 20 per week. Cleaning hours at the hotel will mainly take place from early morning to early afternoon. The amount of work and hours needed will depend on how many hotel guests are on site and can fluctuate from time to time. Skills, Abilities, and Competencies Necessary
