Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Care for flooring through specialized floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, polishing, and buffing to preserve their appearance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning products. Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules, training new team members, and maintaining quality standards across all cleaning tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or clients. Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is a plus.
