Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep all surfaces in top condition. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury. Use janitorial and custodial experience to clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, outdoor spaces, and other designated areas effectively. Communicate professionally with clients about their specific needs and preferences while providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly. Physical ability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and outdoor work when necessary. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or homeowners. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and janitorial procedures is preferred.
