Position Summary The Venue Care Specialist plays a vital role in preparing and maintaining our wedding venues and guest accommodations. This position ensures every space is impeccably clean, organized, and guest-ready while supporting our commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, physically active, and takes genuine pride in creating beautiful environments. Schedule Part-Time (24 hours per week) Sunday through Tuesday Some flexibility available based on venue needs Responsibilities Venue Preparation Deep clean event spaces following weddings and events Prepare venues for upcoming weddings and client tours Ensure every room reflects The Collins Collective's high standards Set up spaces to create a polished, welcoming atmosphere Guest Accommodations Clean and prepare overnight suites and guest accommodations Change linens and make beds to hotel-quality standards Restock amenities and supplies Ensure every guest space is fresh, comfortable, and inviting General Housekeeping Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and polish throughout multiple properties Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Empty trash and recycling throughout the property Wash windows, mirrors, doors, and other touchpoints Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly Maintain organized cleaning closets and inventory of supplies Team Support Assist with light event preparation as needed Support multiple Collins Collective properties when necessary Communicate effectively with venue leadership Help wherever needed to ensure every guest experiences excellence What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Notices the little things others overlook.
