Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all residential areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to proper safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Maintain organized supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning surfaces are sanitized according to health standards. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial and custodial procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during various cleaning activities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor furniture. Knowledge of sanitation standards, surface cleaning techniques, and carpet or upholstery cleaning methods is highly desirable.
