Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Reliable and consistently on time Friendly and professional with clients Efficient without sacrificing quality Comfortable working independently Interested in building lasting relationships with recurring clients Responsibilities Provide high-quality residential cleaning services, including: Standard recurring cleanings Deep cleanings Move-in and move-out cleanings Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Interior glass, mirrors, fixtures, baseboards, and detail work Following Michigan Prime Shine's quality standards on every visit Requirements Minimum 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Smartphone with internet access Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Ability to pass a background screening if requested Independent Contractor Information This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You'll provide your own cleaning supplies, equipment, insurance, and transportation while maintaining control over your schedule. Michigan Prime Shine provides qualified clients, scheduling support, billing, and customer service so you can focus on cleaning—not finding work.
