House Cleaner (Part-Time Contractor) - Houz HelpersJob Overview Join Houz Helpers , a locally owned, insured, and bonded cleaning service dedicated to helping busy families enjoy clean, stress-free homes. We are currently hiring Part-Time Independent Contractors who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. In this role, you will provide deep cleaning, routine cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning for residential clients. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals who prefer to work independently and manage their own schedule. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning (weekly/biweekly/monthly): dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing Execute deep cleaning tasks: baseboards, appliances, bathrooms, detailed surfaces Handle move-in/move-out cleaning to prepare homes for new occupants Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas thoroughly Communicate professionally with clients and address requests Follow Houz Helpers' cleaning standards and checklists Requirements Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation to travel to job locations Good time management and multitasking skills Friendly and professional attitude Contractor Requirements This is an independent contractor (1099) position (not an employee role) Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment Responsible for your own transportation and work schedule Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive pay per job Consistent work opportunities in Novi, Northville, Farmington Hills, South Lyon & nearby areas Support from a growing local business Why Join Houz Helpers?
