In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas of residential properties. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and client specifications. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including patios or entryways. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes. Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistent quality across all cleaning assignments. Maintain proper documentation of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and proper handling procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions when necessary. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities. Customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients. Previous experience in commercial or custodial cleaning is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines consistently.
