Most of our work is recurring, so you'd see the same clients on a predictable schedule instead of starting from scratch every day. We provide the supplies and handle the scheduling. What it pays $20 to $22 per hour to start, based on experience. We reimburse gas and mileage for job travel, so your drive isn't coming out of your pocket. This starts part-time. As we add routes, hours grow, and cleaners who show they can run a route on their own and train new people move into team lead at $25 to $27 per hour. That path is real and it's the reason we're hiring now rather than later. What we're looking for Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Detail-oriented, and doesn't call a job done until it actually is Friendly and easy to be around, since you're working in people's homes Honest and on time, every time Cleaning experience preferred, but we'll train someone who brings the rest Why Dust Busters If you already clean on your own, you know the work isn't the hard part. The hard part is finding clients, chasing payments, and living on your phone rearranging the schedule. We do all of that. You show up, do great work, and get paid on a set schedule.
