Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required. Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms are well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
