The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the daily complimentary breakfast service. This role ensures a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming dining area while delivering warm, attentive service to guests.
Key Responsibilities Buffet Setup & Preparation:
Prepare food and beverage items (e.g., brewing coffee, heating hot dishes, assembling fruit and bakery displays) according to brand standards and health regulations prior to service hours.
Service Maintenance:
Continuously monitor, clean, and restock food stations, beverages, tableware, and condiments throughout the morning service.
Guest Relations:
Greet guests warmly, answer questions regarding food items or local attractions, and assist guests with special dietary requests or needs.
Cleanliness & Sanitation:
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Clear tables, wipe down dining areas, sweep/mop floors, and sanitize high-touch surfaces continuously.
Breakdown & Inventory:
Tear down the breakfast area post-service, properly store or dispose of leftover food, wash serving dishes/utensils, and assist with inventory tracking and restocking orders.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
Certifications:
Food Handler Certificate preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, guest-first attitude.
Physical Demands:

Room Attendant Position Summary:
The Hotel Housekeeper ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. This role is essential to delivering a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning:
Perform thorough daily cleaning of assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and polishing furniture.
Bathroom Sanitation:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, tiles, mirrors, toilets, and showers; restock fresh towels, toiletries, and amenities.
Deep Cleaning & Maintenance:
Perform seasonal deep cleaning duties as scheduled. Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing leaks, burnt-out bulbs) and report them promptly to Maintenance or Management.
Cart & Supply Management:
Stock and organize housecleaning carts daily with linens, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities; keep linen closets clean and secure.
Guest Interaction & Security:
Respect guest privacy, adhere to "Do Not Disturb" protocols, maintain confidentiality, and safely return lost-and-found items to management immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred, though on-the-job training is provided.
Skills:
High attention to detail, time-management skills to complete a set room quota per shift, and basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Physical Demands:
High physical stamina required—ability to stand, walk, push heavy linen carts (up to 50 lbs), lift mattresses, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-hour shift.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
