Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure spotless surfaces. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with precision. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Manage residential or commercial cleaning schedules efficiently using time management skills to maximize productivity. Conduct outdoor work as needed, including sweeping patios, cleaning outdoor furniture, and maintaining yard cleanliness. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance needs. Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleaning or rearranging tasks. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving bulky items. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or clients. Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities is preferred.
