Overview We are seeking a dedicated, dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hospitality, hotels, and industrial settings. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and well-maintained for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A commitment to providing exceptional service while maintaining a positive attitude.
