Job Description
Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great thermoforming plastic company in Zeeland, MI who is looking for a CNC Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience with operating CNC Machines and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment. As a CNC Operator you will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, including press brake machines, to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Empty scrap
- Deburr, heat bend and assemble parts as required
- Follow written instructions
- Precisely measure using a tape measure
- Perform quality checks
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to use hand tools and power tools
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
