• 1st Shift About the Role Maintain cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments and common areas Support a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents

Follow housekeeping priorities and instructions from supervisor Key Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping in apartments: vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, dusting Clean hallways and common areas as directed Complete tasks in priority order set by supervisor Maintain equipment and supplies in proper condition Attend in‑service training and education sessions Perform additional duties as assigned

Maintain resident confidentiality at all times Qualifications Ability to understand and follow instructions in English Strong communication skills Previous housekeeping experience preferred (not required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Physical Requirements Moderate to heavy physical effort for most of the workday Stand and walk long distances (up to 8 hours/day) Frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, and stretching Lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently Push/pull carts up to 100 lbs over various surfaces Operate vacuums and work in confined spaces Regular contact with residents
