Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and professionally Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed Assist with housekeeping management tasks, including scheduling and coordinating cleaning staff when applicable Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry services and janitorial responsibilities preferred Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is a plus Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Join us to make a difference by creating clean, comfortable environments where people feel valued!
