Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces to ensure cleanliness and orderliness Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing Handle dry cleaning services when required, ensuring proper care for delicate fabrics Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and supplies, restocking as needed to support smooth daily operations Follow safety protocols during cleaning processes to ensure a safe environment for all team members and guests Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest service experiences Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of laundry procedures, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
