Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment for all occupants. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
