In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing household chores efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will contribute to delivering a pristine and well-organized home experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation to maintain a spotless environment. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain cleanliness of all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used according to safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences to deliver personalized service. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of janitorial and custodial procedures including floor cleaning, carpet care, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, outdoor work environments, and the use of various cleaning equipment. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
