Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care techniques and products is a plus. A strong background in hospitality will enhance your ability to meet guest expectations effectively. Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
