Job Duties Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Accurately pick, pack, sort, label, and organize inventory within the storeroom and warehouse. Issue tools, materials, and equipment to employees while maintaining accurate inventory records. Enter inventory transactions into computerized inventory management systems. Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests as needed. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities. Inspect tools and equipment for damage, wear, and safety concerns. Deliver materials and equipment to work locations throughout the facility. Assist in locating lost or misplaced inventory and equipment. Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience Requirements 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, or storeroom experience preferred. Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and operational documents. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated with a strong commitment to workplace safety. Flexible schedule availability, including overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs. independently, and heavier items with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
