Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Cleaner and be the cornerstone of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests and residents. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential or commercial spaces, ensuring every corner shines with freshness and order. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a comfortable, hygienic atmosphere that guests and residents love. This position offers an opportunity to develop your cleaning expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, common areas, and designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine appearance Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely following health and safety guidelines and company protocols Assist with janitorial duties such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively Experience with janitorial equipment and cleaning products is advantageous Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to sanitation and cleaning procedures Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends as needed (voluntary) Join us in creating clean, safe environments that make a difference every day!
