Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and community spaces. This is more than just a cleaning job — it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean resident rooms, including bathrooms, kitchenettes, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash Sanitize high-touch areas and maintain infection control standards Launder linens and personal laundry for residents as needed Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Assist with setting up show rooms and or getting rooms ready for move ins. Treat all residents with kindness, dignity, and respect Follow community policies and procedures, including HIPAA and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experience (preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time management skills Must be able to lift 25lbs + and stand/walk for extended periods of time Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude toward seniors and coworkers Must pass a background check and drug screen

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
