Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently. Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning detergents effectively to achieve optimal results. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper safety techniques. Maintain organized supplies by replenishing cleaning products and equipment as needed. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper manual handling procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work comfortably. Prior experience in housekeeper management or residential housekeeping is a plus.
