Job Description

We're hiring a Room Attendant to help keep our guest rooms, cottages, and grounds spotless and welcoming. This role is open as either part-time or full-time, and we offer year-round scheduling with flexibility built in. Responsibilities Review daily reports for vacant rooms needing priority cleaning and upcoming checkouts to plan your workflow. Walk through rooms, hallways, and lobby areas to identify and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor. Swap out used linens and amenities, restock room supplies, and gather soiled items for laundering. Clean and replace worn or dirty items throughout guest rooms. Thoroughly sanitize kitchenette and bathroom surfaces. Vacuum, sweep, and buff flooring as needed. Deep-clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and curtains. Remove dust from furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Wipe down walls, ceilings, trim, windows, doors, and sills. Empty trash bins and reline as needed. Tidy and maintain outdoor patio spaces and furnishings. Follow the room-by-room cleaning checklist and inspect finished work against quality standards. Monitor supply levels and restock housekeeping carts and closets accordingly. Maintain organization and cleanliness in utility and storage areas. Take on additional projects as assigned by management. Assist guests promptly with requests for extra supplies or information. Communicate any significant issues or concerns to your supervisor without delay. Keep your personal workspace clean and well-organized. Support fellow room attendants across other areas of the resort as needed. Finish assigned sections within the designated time and log completed work accurately. Qualifications Heavy lifting is required, up to and including 50 lbs Applicants must be at least 18 years old Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays Long periods of standing required Team player attitude expected
