This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and keep all surfaces pristine Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness in public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by dusting, disinfecting, and organizing Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards during all cleaning activities to promote a secure workplace Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods preferred but not required Familiarity with hospitality industry standards ensures consistent quality service Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills ensures thorough cleaning within designated schedules We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
