This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations. A Schedule shift of 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
