Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Handle guests' requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow all health and safety regulations. Assist in the laundering of linens and towels as needed. Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, especially in a hospitality setting, is preferred. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Customer-oriented and friendly. Prioritization and time management skills. Working quickly without compromising quality. Knowledge of English language. Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend. Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30 lbs)
Working Conditions:
Work hours typically include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Work is performed in a hotel environment, which may involve exposure to various cleaning chemicals. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Uniforms and necessary training will be provided.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
