Job Description
1. Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available to our residents. 2. Engage in prospective resident visits. 3. Cleans resident apartment including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service where applicable. 4. Responsible for personal laundry service where applicable. 5. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the entire building. 6. Monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies. 7. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. 8. Notes areas or articles in need of repair and reports to Housekeeping Supervisor. 9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.
