Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and bathrooms by executing routine janitorial tasks. Care for floors through specialized techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to meet health standards and safety regulations. Respond promptly to guest or resident requests for additional cleaning or specific service needs with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for daily operations. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest or resident interactions. Familiarity with sanitation practices and janitorial equipment operation. Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across different settings. Strong attention to detail to ensure every space meets cleanliness expectations; ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
