Come On INN! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. This is a labor-intensive position. Candidates must be dependable, have reliable transportation, and be available to work their scheduled shifts. Reliability and punctuality are essential. If you are unable to meet scheduling requirements due to personal commitments, this position may not be the right fit.
