Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Use cleaning equipment properly for outdoor work areas or specialized surfaces, ensuring all tools are maintained in good condition. Skills Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and surface sanitation. Expertise in floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces using various detergents while adhering to safety protocols. Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled windows without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication and responsiveness. Physical stamina for outdoor work experience involving manual handling, heavy lifting, dusting, and outdoor cleaning tasks. Familiarity with residential housekeeping management practices to ensure consistent quality standards across all projects.
